What you'll own
- Win corporate transport contracts — IT parks, BPOs, manufacturing units
- Handle RFP responses, client meetings and site visits across Chennai
- Build and manage a pipeline of employee transport & fleet enquiries
- Coordinate with operations to scope routes, fleet mix and commercials
What we look for
B2B sales experience (transport/logistics a plus), strong Tamil + English communication, own two-wheeler for client visits.
What you'll own
- Own daily dispatch operations across all employee transport contracts
- Manage drivers, vendors and vehicle allocation across shifts
- Drive on-time SLA adherence and handle client escalations end-to-end
- Own MIS reporting, billing inputs and monthly client reviews
What we look for
Employee transportation or fleet operations background, comfort with GPS/dispatch tools, ability to run a 24x7 roster.
What you'll own
- Conduct trip audits, driver checks and vehicle fitness inspections
- Handle breakdown response and backup vehicle deployment
- Enforce safety protocols — safe drops, speed governance, cleanliness
- Report daily fleet status to the control room
What we look for
Field operations experience, willingness to cover night shifts, strong local route knowledge of Chennai.
